Chef Ferrell Alvarez of Rooster & the Till put together a five installment collaborative dinner series filled with beautiful and deliciously unique dishes. Working with Rooster & the Till, and their amazing staff, is always a delight but photographing the Dinner Series was probably the highlight of 2017 for me. The dinners featured a beverage pairing curated by Co-Owner Ty Rodriguez and Rooster & the Till manager, Myles Gallagher. Nothing beats the hustle and excitement of the well organized kitchen at work to create a breathtaking meal. It really is magic.
